Tomorrow's Election in SC for the U.S. Senate Republican Primary Runoff is VERY, VERY, IMPORTANT! For gun owners, the choice could hardly be clearer, it is NOT Darline Graham! She has been given opportunity after opportunity to prove where she stands on the Second Amendment - she has absolutely failed.

When SC lawmakers were fighting to pass Constitutional Carry at the state level, Graham financially supported Katrina Shealy, a politician who worked to gut the bill!!!

Then, Graham REFUSED to answer the National Association for Gun Rights Candidate Survey, denying gun owners the opportunity to know where she stands on critical Second Amendment issues.

More recently, when pro-gun members of Congress called on the DOJ and ATF to stand down and allow a major pro-gun court ruling against the National Firearms Act to stand, Graham was once again nowhere to be found, she FAILED to sign the letter alongside her pro-gun colleagues!!!!

NOW, Graham is REFUSING to co-sponsor "Real Constitutional Carry", the most pro-gun bill in Congress, which would ensure your right to carry doesn’t disappear when you cross a state line.

Meanwhile, Congressman Ralph Norman has a 100% PRO-GUN VOTING RECORD! He scored 100% on the NAGR Candidate Survey. He is already a co-sponsor of H.R. 645, the Real Constitutional Carry Act. Unlike Graham, Norman has CONSISTENTLY put his name on the line when your gun rights are under attack!

LET'S TAKE A LOOK AT WHERE BOTH SENATE CANDIDATES STAND ON THE SECOND AMENDMENT

Following the SC Special Republican Primary, Ralph Norman and Darline Graham have advanced to an August 25th runoff for U.S. Senate.

For South Carolina gun owners, that means it’s time to take a close look at where both candidates stand on the Second Amendment.

CONSTITUTIONAL CARRY - Is THE ULTIMATE LITMUS TEST for a politician’s gun rights credentials and Darline Graham has FAAILED that test on at least three occasions.

FIRST - Graham has so far FAILED to co-sponsor Real Constitutional Carry. Graham has had ample opportunity to sign on. So far, she has refused to do so.

S. 4013, the Real Constitutional Carry Act, is the most pro-gun bill in Congress, protecting the right of law-abiding Americans to carry firearms across state lines without navigating a patchwork of government permitting requirements.

SECOND - Graham REFUSED to pledge her support for Constitutional Carry on the NAGR Candidate Survey.

When NAGR sent Graham our survey and gave her the opportunity to put her positions on Constitutional Carry and other critical Second Amendment issues in writing, she refused to return it. In fact, the more they dug into Graham’s political history, the more disturbing trends were found.

THIRD - Graham donated money to a politician NAGR previously called out for helping gut Constitutional Carry in South Carolina.

Before being appointed to the U.S. Senate, in 2020 and 2024, Graham donated to former SC State Senator Katrina Shealy! Anti-gun Shealy opposed and then voted to load Constitutional Carry down with anti-gun language, fighting against the gold standard of gun rights legislation at the state level.

BOTTOM LINE - Graham failed to co-sponsor Real Constitutional Carry. She refused to pledge her support for Constitutional Carry on the NAGR Candidate Survey, AND she financially supported a politician who helped load South Carolina’s Constitutional Carry legislation down with anti-gun language.

Furthermore, Graham’s name was noticeably missing from a recent letter signed by 35 Congressmen, including Ralph Norman, urging the DOJ not to appeal the ruling in the Silencer Shop Foundation v. ATF case that states registration requirements for NFA items like silencers, SBRs, and SBSs are unconstitutional.

Once again, Graham was MIA, failing to join her pro-gun colleagues in signing a letter urging the DOJ to stand down on the anti-gun NFA and allow the pro-gun ruling to stand.

WHERE DOES CONGRESSMAN RALPH NORMAN STAND?

Norman has maintained a 100% PRO-GUN VOTING RECORD, returned his NAGR Candidate Survey 100% pro-gun AND is already a co-sponsor of the House version of Real Constitutional Carry (H.R. 645).

While Graham’s record continues to raise questions, Norman has established an unblemished record on the Second Amendment.

That’s why ALL SC citizens should be PROUD to vote for Ralph Norman!

Following the death of Graham, we now must choose a nominee, via a Special Republican Primary, held pursuant to S.C. Code of Laws Section 7-11-55. This election will decide who is the next candidate to carry the Republican banner into the November 3, 2026 General Election.

South Carolina’s history begins with Indigenous habitation dating back 11,000–12,000 years, featuring advanced Mississippian cultures before European contact. European exploration started in the 16th century with Spanish expeditions, including Lucas Vásquez de Ayllón’s failed 1526 settlement and the Spanish base at Santa Elena (1566–1587).

The English colony was established in 1670 when King Charles II granted the land to eight Lords Proprietors. The first permanent English settlement was founded at Albemarle Point on the Ashley River, later moving to the peninsula that became Charleston in 1680. The colony prospered through rice and indigo exports, becoming a royal colony in 1729 after separating from North Carolina.

South Carolina achieved statehood on May 23, 1788, becoming the eighth state to ratify the U.S. Constitution. It played a pivotal role in the American Revolution, hosting key battles like Kings Mountain and Cowpens. It was the first state to secede from the Union in 1860, triggering the Civil War with the attack on Fort Sumter.

The goal is straightforward: A constitutional 7-0 Republican congressional delegation.

But the fight has exposed exactly how the Uniparty operates. A few days ago, the South Carolina Senate - (with help from the RINOs) - killed the redistricting effort, despite overwhelming support from conservative voters. Why? Because liberal Republican State Senators, THE RINOs, joined the communist democraps to block it! Pressure immediately intensified from:

SALUTE TO BRIG. GEN MICAH JENKINS - Born Dec. 1, 1835 on Edisto Island, South Carolina to Capt. John and Elizabeth Grimball Clark Jenkins. He graduated first in his class from the South Carolina Military Academy, now called The Citadel, in 1854. Jenkins then organized the King's Mountain Military School from 1855 to 1861.

Jenkins recruited a company of the 5th South Carolina Infantry Regiment and was elected as colonel on April 13, 1861. He fought under David R. Jones at the First Battle of Manassas and later was brigaded under General Richard H. Anderson. During the April 1862 reorganization of the army, Jenkins retained his command of the 5th South Carolina. At the Battle of Seven Pines, Anderson was temporarily put in division command while Jenkins got brigade command of his own regiment, the 6th South Carolina, and the Palmetto Sharpshooters. He led with distinction in that battle, leading his brigade around the Union's flanks to their rear and forcing them to retreat 1.5 miles to the rear. During the battle, he was wounded in the knee.

Also during that year Jenkins was colonel of the Palmetto Sharpshooters. Considered one of the war's "boy generals", he was promoted to the rank of brigadier general on July 22, 1862, at the age of 26. He was later wounded at the Second Battle of Manassas in August 1862, this time in the shoulder and chest. Consequently, Jenkins was absent from the Army of Northern Virginia when it fought the Battle of Sharpsburg.

Jenkins' brigade served in the division of Maj. Gen. George Pickett at the Battle of Fredericksburg, although it was not engaged. Pickett's division participated in the campaign of Lt. Gen. James Longstreet against Suffolk, Virginia, in 1863, but Jenkin's brigade was retained near Richmond, Virginia, missing the Battle of Gettysburg.

Jenkins and his brigade went with Hood's Division of the First Corps to Tennessee in the fall of 1863, and participated in the second day's fighting of the Battle of Chickamauga on September 20. When division commander Maj. Gen. John Bell Hood was elevated to lead a corps; a bitter rivalry broke out over his succession. Brig. Gen. Evander Law had been in the division since it was created and had already commanded it on several occasions, including at Gettysburg and Chickamauga. However Jenkins was the senior officer, being promoted three months earlier, and with support of Longstreet took command. The internal quarrel greatly hindered the unit's efficiency in late 1863. When the corps returned to the Army of Northern Virginia in early 1864 the issue was resolved when Brig. Gen. Charles W. Field, who was senior to both, was assigned to the division, given command and promoted to Major General.

On January 16, 1864, Jenkins led his brigade to victory in the small Battle of Kimbrough's Crossroads against Federal cavalry. During the Battle of the Wilderness, Jenkins was riding with Lt. Gen. Longstreet when both were shot by friendly fire on May 6, 1864. Longstreet was severely wounded while Jenkins was struck in the forehead, instantly paralyzing one side of the South Carolinian’s body and knocking him unconscious.

Carried to the rear, Jenkins continued to move his non-paralyzed hand to the wound in his forehead and continue to mutter uncomprehendingly. Approximately five hours later, according to observers and eyewitnesses, Micah Jenkins died.

His body was sent back to Charleston, South Carolina where he was buried in Magnolia Cemetery.
