Candidate Forum: Charleston Sheriff & Congressional District 1 - The Event Was Held By The Carolina Republican Coalition CLICK THIS LINK FOR DETAILS -- https://theovertonreport.substack.com/p/candidate-forum-charleston-sheriff On June 3rd, we were asked to come to the Carolina Republican Coalition’s forum which included 2 of the Charleston County sheriff’s candidates in the Republican Primary, as well as Nancy Mace’s two challengers in the Congressional Republican Primary for District 1. The two Sheriff’s candidates were Carl Ritchie and Rick Keys. The two Congressional candidates were Bill Young & Catherine Templeton. There were also short speeches given by Harry Houck, former NYPD officer and contributor to multiple news outlets regarding the Trump trial, as well as Caroline Parker, who is one of the VERY few conservatives on the City of Charleston council.
