South Carolina H3594 has passed the second reading in the House with amendments & will have it's third reading tomorrow before being turned over to the Senate for the process to start over again.

If the Senate makes ANY changes to the version of the bill the House approves then it goes BACK to the house for a final approval. If the House makes changes to THAT bill then it goes into arbitration. If everything is agreed upon then it goes to the governor for signature. ARTICLE LINK BELOW
